Jordan K. Merson is an associate at Thompson Wigdor & Gilly LLP. His practice focuses on employment litigation, civil rights and counseling clients on a variety of employment matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Merson was an associate in the labor and employment law group at a law firm in New Jersey from 2005 – 2008, where he defended employment and discrimination claims throughout the United States.

Mr. Merson is a graduate of Fordham Law School, where he served on the Environmental Law Journal. Mr. Merson received his B.S., magna cum laude, from Boston University in 2002.

Mr. Merson is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar, the Washington D.C. Bar and the American Bar Association.
